- Provide accurate and complete information when scheduling services
- Grant access to your premises at the scheduled time
- Remove any fragile, hazardous, or sensitive items before our visit
- Pay all fees as agreed and on time
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present.
2. Booking & Cancellations
All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations may result in a charge equal to up to 50% of the service fee.
3. SMS and Email Communication
By providing your phone number and/or email, you consent to receive communications from Familia Cleaning Services LLC regarding your account and services.
These communications may include:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Service updates or rescheduling notifications
- Feedback requests and follow-ups

All services must be paid using approved methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other forms agreed in writing). Late or failed payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Familia Cleaning Services LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We maintain appropriate business liability insurance, but your use of our services is at your own risk.
